  • Tools To Understand, Skills To Thrive.

    Individual Therapy

    Welcome

At MindSet Counseling, we offer evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy to address the mental health concerns of children, adolescents, adults and couples. Through a collaborative process of information gathering and education, we help clients take an overwhelming, undefinable ‘problem’, and break it down into manageable pieces that are easy to understand. That, in turn, allows us to target the factors that are contributing to the problem, and identify the path towards long-term health.

    Couples Therapy

    CBT Approach

Whether your goal is to better understand inexplicable feelings of sadness or worry, improve relationships, better regulate your emotions, manage your child’s behavioral challenges, process trauma, or just feel better, this evidenced based approach will arm you with a set of skills that you can use long after therapy has concluded.

When warranted, treatment will incorporate the insight of other health care providers, educators, and family members. Video and/or teleconferencing sessions can be accommodated as necessary.
