Grace Y. Lin, LMHC
Grace Y. Lin obtained an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling through NYU’s Department of Applied Psychology, an M.B.A. from the The Wharton Business School and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Her clinical training and practice maintain a focus on evidence-based behavioral treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has adapted interventions to address children, adolescents, individuals and couples.
Her White Plains office serves the Southern Westchester and Greenwich communities, including Scarsdale, Greenburgh, Eastchester, Larchmont, Harrison, Mamaroneck, White Plains, Rye, and Greenwich.
